Brandy for the parson?

To celebrate our anniversary, we went out for dinner and had an excellent meal at The Olde Thatched Cottage, in Weston-super-Mare.Greek meze, sea bass then coffee… oh and a brandy. It must be years and years and years since I had a cognac, whiskey having become my preference; however, I had glimpsed they had Hine behind the bar so I had a glass of Hine…. wonderful!
