Having just returned from Manchester where I was lucky enough to attend the launch party of my friend Andrew Simpson’s book, ‘The Story of Chorlton-cum-Hardy’, I was delighted to find a parcel:
I was so excited as I opened it…. the contents were very well wrapped, carefully unwrap them… even more excited now! Can you guess what they are?
These beautiful bowls are made by the extremely talented Stephen Hughes; they are made from monkey puzzle wood, and really these photos do not do them justice – I was just so excited I had to share them straight away! Thank you so much, Stephen, they are even more beautiful than I thought they would be!! Brilliant!!

Beautiful.
