I found this recipe lying on the floor of the study and I have no idea where it came from, nor do I recognize the writing.
It is not my mum, Monica’s handwriting, nor her sister Beryl, nor her other sister Audrey; nor is it my mother-in-law, Dorothy. It seems an old-fashioned country recipe… maybe I should try it?
I wish there was some clue as to what the tea wine would taste like, if it was nice then it would a lovely and cheap way to make wine! Just think of all those specialty teas which could be tried…. Oolong, my favourite, Rose Puchong… Gunpowder… I must ask the worpress expert:
