We had an early start, and for the first time ever, the parents in the house woke the children telling them Santa had been! We’ve always been lucky with our two that they have not had too early start, five o’clock was about the earliest… and a cup of tea will soon overcome tiredness! We have all been very lucky this year, not just in the gifts we have received and the nice meals we have eaten, starting with Powter’s chipolatas and progressing to roast turkey and a traditional Christmas lunch, but we have been so lucky with having a loving and caring family.

Hi Lois Merry Christmas! Was I surprised yesterday when my mailman (who was dressed as Santa btw, I didn’t expect to see that coming up my walk) brought me this great little package full of goodies. You’re so sweet to think of me! ♥ I can really use this calendar especially, thank you so very much! I need to know the times to go to the Dolphin, so I can pencil those lin haha ☺ I truly hope to come see you as soon as possible. The sceptred isle!

Hi Jena, you’re welcome! All the photos were taken by my husband Bari – he gave me the same calendar but I never look at the future pictures, just one month at a time – so you’ll have to wait for me to tell you where and what the places are!!
