One day to go… and quite a large hiccup!

Working my socks off to get Night Vision the best I can before it is published; self-publishing has its downside that there is no team behind you or supporting you in any of the areas, let alone those you most need help in.

All is going well as far as Night Vision is concerned, just the last little tweaks (checking that someone has green eyes all the way through and doesn’t suddenly change to blue, cutting out some of the more emotional stuff… it has to be effective, not repetitive, and making sure the wallpaper in the flat they’re living in  doesn’t inexplicably change colour!)

The hiccup I have is with ‘Flipside’ which was to have been my summer publication .. things have gone a little awry here, so it may have to be postponed… I’m letting you know, however, that there will be another book out in the summer… ‘The Double Act’. This is a novel which seems to be a romance… but don’t be fooled it has a completely different feel by the time you get to the end, sort of changing genres in mid-steam, I think! More on that later in the spring.

You might find this is the cover for The Double Act!

Meanwhile out with the polishing cloth and back to Night Vision, to make it as fine and burnished and good as I can!
