I would never be any good as a photo journalist… I’m not good enough at looking through a lens, I want to be looking with my eyes all the time. However, just sometimes, I’ve managed to see something, or in this case, someone, and get my camera to my eye just in time.
We were in Glasgow, my buddies and I, to see the Mavericks and as we were heading back towards the hotel I saw a very fine looking man. I was sent into a real spin, but having crossed the road without getting mown down as I was in a trance of excitement, I glanced back and managed to get this shot.
The handsome dude standing waiting for the lights to change is Robert Reynolds.
