Somehow I have managed to lose a pound while being on holiday; light breakfast (as usual) light lunch ( as usual) rather larger dinner than usual because it was all so delicious, wine with every meal (well, not breakfast) plus beer plus Pimms’, ice-cream when we were out, a piece of delectable carrot cake, fish and chips… mmmm the fish, straight out of the North sea straight into the batter and into the fryer and onto my plate… fish and chips which I very rarely eat… and somehow I’ve lost a pound!
Maybe it was all the walking… gentle ambling strolls… stopping to take photos… maybe!
