You probably don’t realise, Lois, but the link to Amazon.co.uk for your book is only useful for people inside the UK, because that will only accept sales to UK-based customers.
You might want to add the link to the US equivalent Amazon site as well, where your new book is available to the rest of the world.

Oh thank you Peter, no I didn’t realise… I wonder how I do that, I’ll investigate! I know some friends in the States have it so I must have posted the right link somewhere!

Actually, I put the US URL link at the bottom of my comment, but WordPress has expanded it to include the picture of the book cover – which is now the link – with ‘buy from amazon.com’ underneath it.
You should be able to see the link itself if you switch from visual to text (HTML) mode in your dashboard, but it’s exactly the same as the link you put into your post above but with “.com” instead of “.co.uk”, so you could add it by just editing a copy of the UK URL link you used.
