What a genius Welles was.

She should have died hereafter;
There would have been a time for such a word.
To-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day
To the last syllable of recorded time,
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

    Lois, the Youtube link seems to have been a bit scrambled. This is what it should have been:

    I puzzled about this post, until I tried to play the link, then it all made sense. I thought you had forgotten to insert the sentence “…but until then, here’s some Shakespeare”

      I don’t know what went wrong, peter… I hope it’s ok now! I have little moments when WordPress doesn’t seem to do what I expect… I usually check it but didn’t for some reason here… I will do in future! Thanks for the comment!
