Cheese… as far as the eye can see!

We went to the BBC Good Food show in Birmingham… and there were some lovely things to taste, see, smell, enjoy… but I was amazed, yes amazed at this exhibition of world cheeses I think there must have been thousands of different cheeses there, from all corners of the worldThere were a lot of stalls selling cheese, but this exhibition was separate… I could have spent a fortune, but instead I bought my husband some Slovakian goat’s cheese, Kozí Vršok (divine) and some Italian L’Ulivo sheep’s cheese (mmmmm!)
