Thai curry soup

I saw a post on WordPress with a picture of some gorgeous soup which had been revitalised with coconut milk… it sounded delightful and it made me think about the lovely Thai curries my husband is such an expert and genius in cooking… and I had an inspiration to take the spices and flavours he uses and create a soup. I’m sure this is not an original idea, I’m sure plenty of people have thought of it and made it before me, but what I will do will take the flavours I love, chilli, nam pla fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, lemon grass… and add them to my squash soup together with coconut cream or milk. Good heavens, my mouth is watering as I write this!
