On the photo site I belong to on Facebook, there was a challenge to take pictures of red things; the weather has been so awful hat we haven’t been out for weeks and weeks for a walk or ramble… but today, hurrah! it’s sunny and warm so out we went… and goodness, how many red things did I see which I could have entered for the competition!
We only went out and about in the village, up the hill to the old church of St Nicholas which had a union flag flying (RED, white and blue) and then over the hill and down the path which ran along beside the boatyard. There were plenty of notices about various things…
There was a telephone box playing hide and seek:
