This is a wonderful idea. Here is another recipe with celeriac, because you’ve said that you never eaten it before: Mix grated celeriac with mayonnaise (or for a lighter version you can use yogurt instead) and garlic and serve it on toasted bread. It’s so good. 🙂
Or you can make an extremely healthy salad with grated celeriac, apple, carrot and a touch of oil, salt and pepper. 🙂
