Wreck

DSCF2507 I saw this wreck in Portishead, Somerset, up the coast from where I live. Since earliest times, people have travelled up and down this coastline, going up the River Severn, or crossing the channel to Wales to trade, travelling further to explore, to visit, to fight… Maybe St Patrick was snatched by pirates from the nearby hills and taken off to Ireland. This vessel is not as old as that, not nearly as old, but it reminds me of past lives and a different world.
