The Hollies were a talented 1960’s band from Manchester and the north of England; they were deservedly popular, with a particular and distinctive style. Their hits include ‘Just one look’, ‘Here I go again’, ‘Look through any window’, and the one I have shared here, ‘Bus stop’.
There is a song which is currently being played on the radio, but I have never quite managed to catch the name of the artist or its title, and it sounds exactly like ‘Bus stop’… if it’s not exactly plagiarism, it’s not far off… However it has reminded me of the Hollies and what a brilliant band they were.
