I wrote a post earlier today, published it, saw it on Twitter and Facebook… and now it has disappeared! I don’t know why or how, but when I click on the link, there it isn’t!
I wrote about how I get inspired not just by people or events that I see, but also by settings. I mentioned that when I see people, known or unknown to me, in conversation, or passing each other in the street, or looking at each other or not looking at each other, I wander off into an imagining of who they might be and what situation and circumstances might be affecting them. I get inspiration from what if thoughts, relating to myself or things I see and notice, or books or film or TV programmes… My mind explores different scenarios in different situations.
Sometimes however it is a place which gives me inspiration; such a place is the tree with the seat around it in my featured image. it is outside the little church in Lyminster, and when I saw it I began to wonder who might meet there, who might wait for someone there, who might sit and think about something, remember something, imagine something…

The phantom post snatcher must have nabbed your earlier version 😉
