Thanks to the WordPress help desk, the enchantingly entitled happiness engineers, my blog seems back to normal. I had a mysterious drop in views… and although I’m not someone who chases figures and stats, I was worried that something might have happened so my writing wasn’t visible.
I wrote a couple of days ago about how, through absent-mindedness, not concentrating, being forgetful and subject to serendipitous happenings, I seem to have more than my fair share of minor and often hilarious mishaps… well… my lack of views was as I suspected down to something I had done… Somehow I had managed to adjust my settings so I was virtually invisible…
An e-mail to the happiness engineers, and a few tweaks from them, and now all is well! It wasn’t so much that I was worried people didn’t want to read my blogs, it was more that people couldn’t read them!
