I met Cary Grant!

Cary Grant was born in Bristol in 1904, he left at the age of sixteen with a theatre company, on tour in the USA, and he decided to stay! He became an American citizen in 1942, but he is still a Bristolian, because look, here he is!

Registered fish and chips

This used to be a registry office, as you can see. Now it is a fish and chip shop, as you can also see. I wish it had been open so we could have tried some of their fish and chips, but sadly it wasn’t!
