Celeriac… soup?
One celeriac… never eaten it before… cut half it into small cubes, add two thinly sliced leeks, cook gently in olive oil, add some stock, salt and pepper, blend, garnish and… … celeriac soup!

Some ordinary golden lichen, and some reindeer lichen… … but look at this strange grey-black stuff growing on a thatched roof! I have no idea what it is, I will have to investigate!
