MoreI had a bit of a wobble as I was carrying my bowl, it was probably too full! Miserable weather needs sunny soup, red, yellow and green peppers, tinned tomatoes, onions and garlic, chickpeas, runner beans and orzo pasta, a tiny splash of chilli sauce, dabs of crème fraiche rosted baby tomatoes… sunny soup!
