Home grown!
The garden is doing brilliantly this year and here is a nice little salad I put together, all home-grown except the feta cheese! Spinach, mint, dill, peas, purple mange-tout, baby broad-beans, marjoram and dressed with sea salt and coarse ground black pepper and chilli flakes, strawberries and raspberries to finish… the taste of summer!

I’m getting quite boring really… I had a reduced version of this for breakfast; lunch was rye crackers, green pesto, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, feta cheese, spring onions, fig and pomegranate balsamic vinegar, Greek olive oil, Greek basil, rock salt and ground pepper. I will have something different for dinner!
More
