Easter nests are the easiest thing to make, all you need is a brakfast cereal like cornflakes or rice- crispies (but you can experiment with anything else you fancy) and chocolate. Use whatever chocolate you have, or what is left over from something else. Some people melt the chocolate in the microwave, I’m a bit wary of that as I have a tendency to wander off and leave things… so I put some water in a pan and bring it to a simmer, put a bowl on top, making sure it’s not touching the water, then put in the chocolate, turn off the heat and the chocolate will melt.
Add your flakes/crispies/crunchies and there you are, spoon into paper cases, decorate with mini-chocolate eggs and you have Easter nests!
