This is vry typical of British high streets now, it’s the recession, it’s the out of town supermarkets and shopping malls, it’s the cheap-jack culture, it’s depressing.

One row of shops in a small seaside town, teashop, building society/financial services, charity shop, Indian restaurant, cheap goods shop, no doubt all scraping by ‘in the current financial climate.’
