Creamy swede and rosemary soup

DSCF6687The title says it all… swede, cream, rosemary… oh and some white pepper and a grind of mixed whole spices.

      Isabel it was so easy, just cubed swede boiled till soft with some stock, blended with some left-over cream and some rosemary from the garden and lots of white (not black) pepper… it was so light and tasty… from swede of all things!
