This is only a little pool, a little display pool in a garden centre, but somehow, with the sunshine and the reflections on its surface, it was quite enchanting. A wider photo would have shown people passing by with trolleys full of plants they had chosen and were about to pay for; it would have shown tarmacced paths and litter bins and signs to the café and the tills… but this picture just shows a tranquil little pool.
