How long have you had this fascination for lichen? I used to have a thing for spider webs and was amazed at the art and engineering that went into making them by such a tiny creature. On one of my rounds at work a spider had spun a huge web on a set of stairs I used. I detoured a half mile to my job rather than destroy this marvelous construction. What does that say about me?
