There is literally a week, seven days to go!! So, apart from making further inroads into the remaining words yet to be written, what should I think about today?
Seven more days and maybe I’m running out of inspiration, and can’t decide where to go next. If it seems I’m lost a crossroads, – STOP! Start writing something else, maybe a further chapter, maybe a conversation between two of the characters, maybe a description of a location at a particular time of day, dawn, midday, dusk, midnight. Keep on writing until I either get back ton track, or I move on from the difficulty and are back in the writing groove – even if it’s a different groove! Maybe think about motive, places, place in, time, characters, narrative, style, themes, hooks, language again.
