Timmy Mallett was a popular DJ from the seventies onwards; he appears from time tome as a celebrity on various shows, but I came across a display of his art in Norwich… and I liked it! Too expensive for me, but not an outrageous price… I particularly loved this snowy scene with the red post box.

Japonica at Killerton

I adore Japonica, I love the waxy petals of the flowers, bright on the dullest of days, but positively glowing in sunshine! Then in the autumn the flowers are kind enough to have left us beautiful fruit!
