    Don’t suppose this veggie dish (which looks delicious) is from your Welsh Dresser cookbook? I share your weakness for curious cookbooks at laughably low prices — I pick ’em up myself, at the local equivalents of Oxfam shops. It’s a peek at another mindset, there might be a good recpie or two, and for sure the money goes to a good cause.
