Celebrate!

 

We nearly always go out to celebrate a birthday  and my son’s 20th birthday is no exception  It was pouring down with rain, and we hurried from the car to the restaurant  we went to the Flute de Paris, in Weston-super-Mare; we’d never visited before although it has an excellent reputation… and it was very well justified.

We had a delicious lunch – the only difficult thing was to decide what to have from the menu! Our starters were soup, fresh sardines and Moules Marinière, followed by liver and two steaks with a selection of beautifully cooked vegetables!
