Despite us not being able to meet in person, our book group had our Christmas gathering today with Santa hats, novelty Christmas earrings, various headgear including a Christmas tree – all on Zoom. As usual I had a quiz – the first round was a picture round, fourteen pictures of writers, play-writes and poets whose initials (either their first or last name) spelt out Merry Christmas.
